The aim of fundraising is for users of the DCRC to partake in a project or initiative for the purpose of raising money for DCRC services, projects or activities

Social events at the DCRC

The aim of social events is for users of the DCRC and their friends, to come together in an informal (often ‘off site’) event such as a dinner or fun activity (golfing tournaments). It is hoped that these forums will offer Defence families the opportunity to develop social networks and supports with fellow Defence families and the wider community.

As the DCRC is a not for profit organisation, we often partake in fundraising activities to increase the available funds for projects and initiatives. Activities are generally held one per Queensland school term.
